Will my existing GonnaOrder stores lose their connection?

Temporarily yes. Only between the uninstall and reinstallation period. They reconnect automatically once the app is reinstalled.

No. When using one Epos Now app instance across multiple stores, the same app/API keys are reused.

Confirm the Location ID on the newly connected store is correct and belongs to the same Epos Now account; then repeat the uninstall/reinstall in Epos Now.

There’s no limit to the minimum or maximum gift card value. However, we recommend setting up a reasonable gift card value that aligns with your customer’s purchasing behavior.

Yes. A customer can buy a gift card and share the gift card voucher code with peers who can then use it to buy items at the same store.

No. The gift card voucher is only applicable to the store it was bought from. Therefore, users must use it within the same store.

Customers must pay for the gift card online when submitting the order.

You can set the validity period of your gift cards in months, from one to twelve months. However, you should consider the gift card value and price when setting the validity period. As a rule of thumb, higher value and priced gift cards can have a longer validity period than low value and less priced gift cards.

Yes. You can apply several availability restrictions based on a validity period, schedule, and category. You can use this strategy to limit when and to which categories the gift card is applicable.
