GonnaOrder allows you to view the number of SMSs sent to customers (when their order is ready) over a given period. These notifications statistics are crucial when reconciling on the SMS cost with your SMS provider. Each SMS is logged on the Notifications tab on the Statistics & Reports page. However, these statistics are available for stores that have enabled SMS notifications when order is ready.

Notifications stats help you know how many SMSs have been sent to customers over a given period. You can share these stats with your SMS provider for accurate SMS charges.
How to Access Notifications Statistics
To view your SMS Notifications stats:
- Login to your store and click Statistics & Reports on the side menu.
- Click the Notifications tab to open the notification stats page.
- Next, select the timeframe to filter the desired statistics. You can choose the set default timeframes, that is, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last Week, Last 30 Days, Last Month, or Last 12 Months. Alternatively, you can select Custom timeframe and choose the date range (daily or monthly) to view SMS stats sent over the desired period.
- Visualize the stats, and if necessary, share the stats with you provider when it comes to billing the SMS charges. The statistics are categorized per day and per month for better visualization.
